Grosse Pointe Club Dining Dress Code

Appropriate attire established from time to time by the House Committee and the Board of Governors shall be required on Club premises at all times.

Dress code policy for all areas of the Club has been changed to Club casual for men includes: collared shirts, turtlenecks or sweaters, dress slacks, khakis or corduroy trousers, baseball caps provided they are worn rim forward and are similar to GPC baseball caps; Club casual for women: collared shirts, blouses, designer t-shirts, turtlenecks or sweaters, skirts or tailored pants. Not permitted is: denim of any kind. The appropriate attire for the social or athletic areas in which they are participating is always required. Tennis attire and Paddle Tennis attire may be worn for dinner in the Marine Bar only. Blue jeans, swimwear, cannot be worn inside the Clubhouse.

In accordance with Michigan State Liquor Regulation, persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to sit at a bar where alcoholic beverages are being served. No alcoholic beverages may be consumed on Club properties except those served by the Club in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Michigan State Liquor Control Commission.
